Newly built fresh house with a location close to the sea in Färjestaden on Öland. Here you can enjoy wonderful holiday days with proximity to cooling baths and the Ferry City's pleasant restaurants and cafes. The house has a balcony on both the front and the back where you can hang out and enjoy. Please note that the house is not rented out to youth groups or for parties. The house has a lovely spaciousness with the high ceiling height and the large glass doors to the balcony. You have a fresh kitchen area that transitions to the open living room with dining area and sofa that folds out into a 140 cm bed. A steep ladder takes you up to the sleeping loft where there are two single beds. The bathroom is fresh and equipped with WC, sink and shower. Electric grill available. Not allowed to charge electric cars. You can swim directly down by the sea, but there are also swimming beaches at the campsite next door, inside Färjestaden or at Talludden's campsite. The ferry town with its seaside location and lovely harbor environment is very popular in summer. There is a large selection of fine restaurants and ice cream cafés here. There are paddle and tennis courts, mini golf, spa and shopping center, etc. Öland's zoo with its animals, water park, amusement park is usually popular with children. From here you can explore the rest of Öland if you wish. Kalmar is also close by if you want a larger selection of shops etc. or see beautiful Kalmar castle.
