Here you have walking distance to the fine sandy beach and proximity to both shop, golf course and Halmstad's attractive summer town. From the entrance you have to the left toilet with shower. To the right are three bedrooms. One with two single beds and the other two with each a single bed. The kitchen is well equipped and has a small dining area. The living room has a dining table, several comfortable seating areas and a wood burning stove that can heat in cooler evenings. From the kitchen you have access to the spacious plot's back with lovely lawns, lush greenery and a sheltered patio. From the living room you come to a covered patio, with an awning as a complement. Here you have morning sun and can enjoy balmy barbecue evenings. At the patio there is a laundry room with washing machine and extra fridge / freezer.
