Welcome to this summer place on Värmdö, the house is simple but has lots of charm! The large house has two bedrooms with a single bed in each, a small kitchen with stove, fridge and freezer but no running water, you get water from the pump outside and wash dishes on the balcony outside, and let the dishes dry in the sun. A dining table with 4 chairs is on the balcony. Living room with a dining table in an alcove with large windows down over the grounds. The house is high up with many stairs, so the house is not suitable for those who have problems climbing stairs. A guest house consisting of two rooms, one with a bunk bed and a family room with a sofa bed. There is also a fridge and two plates if you want to make your breakfast or coffee there. None of the houses have water drawn in, but in a separate house there is a completely newly built and nice shower and sink and an electric toilet. In the shed where the shower is, there are two bicycles, two deckchairs and beach mattresses that can be borrowed. The site is a lovely private forest plot, just go straight into the forest and pick mushrooms. If you want to take a dip, it is 200m down to the association's jetty. At the bottom of the plot there is a grassy area for play and ball games. The house is close to Bullandö marina where there is kayak rental, some fresh produce, kiosk and restaurant. The restaurant has live music every Saturday throughout the summer. At the marina, you can also book a sauna and washing machine, as there are none in the house. If you want to take the bus into Stockholm, the bus leaves 250 m from the house; out by the main road. There are plenty of nice walking paths, the owner allows dogs, this house and location is perfect for that. Don't forget to keep the dog on a lead, there are plenty of trees by the house to tie the dog to so it can be outside.
