A charming cottage with a rural and seafront location outside Ellös, in northern Orust. The house is very scenic and protected on a large plot adjacent to pastures with cows. Here you have only 200 m to the beautiful Morlanda Golf Course and 1 km to the swimming area and the ferry location across Malö streams. The house is excellent for family / company who want a comfortable and living in a beautiful Bohuslän environment with proximity to both service and salty baths. Here the whole family will enjoy themselves! Feel free to start the day with a wonderful morning dip from the bathing area with jetty, bathing ladder and small sandy beach that you can reach in 10-15 minutes. If you prefer rocks, these are on the other side of the bathing area. Then sit on the terrace and enjoy a good breakfast. A better start to the day is hard to get! The house is on two levels where the downstairs consists of kitchen with dining area, living room with TV corner, heating wood burning stove and an exit to the terrace. Here you can sit and enjoy your holiday over a good piece of food and drink. The entrance floor also contains a bathroom with WC and shower cubicle. Upstairs are the three bedrooms, the largest of which has a double bed and the other two smaller bedrooms two single beds each. One of them also has access to a small balcony. The house is located on a larger plot with trees and lawn for games and for children to play. Only 2.5 km to service in Ellös with all conceivable service and several shops, entertainment and restaurants and a very child-friendly swimming area. If you want to avoid cooking for some day, you only have a hundred meters to the café and restaurant "Fröken Truls Café & Restaurang" with rights. Do not miss a trip to beautiful Malö and Flatön via free car ferry. Here are i.a. famous Handelsman Flink with restaurant & café. Or take the ferry to Käringön or Gullholmen, visit charming Mollösund and Hälleviksstrand. If you are interested in shopping, you should visit Göksäter 12 km, with the bargain department store Arvid Eriksson which is popularly called "Little Ullared". 13 km to Henån with system company. At Orust there are opportunities for many activities for both big and small, diving, crab fishing, golf or just enjoy the Bohuslän nature. The entertainment city of Gothenburg, with Liseberg 70 km.
