Positive: This unit has everything as advertised. The view is wonderful and the kitchen is very well equipped. The lounge is comfortable. The property is well situated.

Negative: 1. My adult daughter occupied the 3rd bedroom which is situated at the back and which is over the garages. The smokers/fishermen(?) congregate there and talk loudly, even at 5.30am. And one family apparently moved out of the complex at midnight, and kept her awake for a good length of time. Sleep is very important for my daughter, she never gets enough.. She had to work during this family holiday, getting up earlier and going to bed late, to accommodate work requirements, so this was very difficult for her. (For reasons to do with one of the children, my daughter needed to share that bedroom with the child and it wasn't possible to exchange rooms.) 2. The wifi is probably adequate for the average holiday maker. However, my daughter struggled with her important work-related video calls. This was a problem. 3. We also discovered during our stay, that extra keys to the flat seem to be held by whoever is in charge of maintenance. A painter walked in one day whilst we were home, having used his own key to open the front security gate. We were very concerned by this as we were afraid of unauthorized access to the flat when we were out. Spare keys need to be under tight control.
