Positive: We stayed here with family, 12 members. It was a beautiful experience with Buhayara lakefront. It’s exactly how it’s shown in the pictures. Contains a big private lawn in the front along with a parking space. The lawn has Dal Lake view. It’s a 4BHK villa, with 4 washrooms. Perfect for a family stay. Very close to Dal Lake. Javed and Jamil were very nice and their hospitality amazed us. We had amazing complimentary breakfast.

Negative: We had ordered home cooked food for dinner and felt taste could have been a little better.

Summary: Excellent property for friends or family close to Dal Lake
