You will receive the access details a few days before your arrival, once you complete a quick ID and card verification via our Guest App - similar to hotel check-in — to ensure safety and peace of mind for all. A $750 security hold (required by our insurer) is placed and automatically released after your stay once house rules are confirmed and no damage is noted.

The property has a shared garage with two parking spaces. One space is reserved for our guests, while the other is reserved for the tenant.
Guests are welcome to park in the designated space on the right side of the garage only. The left-side space is reserved for the tenant and is not available for guest use. Please ensure vehicles are parked within the designated guest space and do not obstruct access to the other space.
The property offers excellent accessibility for all types of travellers. Conveniently located along Mandurah Terrace, guests can easily walk to cafés, restaurants, shops, and the beach within minutes.
Public transport is readily available, with bus routes operating nearby and Mandurah Train Station just a short drive away, providing direct connections to Perth and surrounding areas.

This is a strictly no-pet property or no pets are allowed on the premises at any time as in the strata rules.
Shared Garage: One designated parking space is available for guests on the right side of the garage. The left side is reserved for the tenant. Please do not use the tenant's parking space.
Base pricing includes up to 6 guests. The home can accommodate up to 6 guests only. Please ensure your booking reflects the correct number of guests for accurate pricing.
