Beautifully maintained acreage property, featuring a family-friendly floorplan, sprawling verandas, and a spacious undercover, outdoor entertaining area, suitable for all seasons. The modern kitchen includes a breakfast bench, gas stove, dishwasher, and adjoining dining and living rooms. Complete with 2 x reverse cycle heating and cooling systems, 2 x Coonara wood fires, and stunning views of Mt. Buller.
The 4 bedrooms offer a queen and 2 doubles, plus tri bunks and a trundle in the 4th bedroom. The bedrooms are serviced by a full family bathroom and an ensuite in the master bedroom.
This is a fabulous opportunity to escape the city and enjoy the beautiful high-country scenery. The salt-chlorinated, solar-heated pool adds to a great summer getaway, while the easy access to Mt. Buller is ideal during the winter months.
