Wooden cottage for 1-4 people only 16min from Gothenburg airport: bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, living-room, free 60Mb/sec wi-fi. Situated 25 meters from lake shore, surrounded by Swedish woods, wonderfully quiet and relaxing. Attractive, newly built and well appointed 35sqm cottage. Unique location on larger property, only 25 meters from edge of lake, stunning panorama and surroundings. BEDROOM with alternatively one double OR two single beds (please specify when booking). Double sofa-bed in the living-room part of the same room. Baby cot available upon request. All bed linen and towels and are included. BATHROOM with toilet, handbasin, walk-in shower with handheld and rain head. KITCHEN with fridge and freezer, hot plate, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee-machine, cutlery and a selection of base ingredients (tea, coffee, sugar, spices, etc). LIVING-ROOM with sofa, smart-TV (with Canal Digital satellite programs, Netflix, Youtube etc) breakfast table. INCLUDED in price: parking on private land, wi-fi 60MB/sec, bedwear, towels, toiletries, hair-dryer, luggage storage, access to jetty/lake-shore, cleaning upon departure. HOUSE-RULES: No smoking indoors. No shoes indoors. Pets are welcome. Guests collect the keys at the main villa on the property. If arrival time is later than 22:00, the key for the cabin will be left in a lock box next to the door of the cabin, and the guest will be given a secret code to access the key. In this case, registration and payment will take place the next morning.

Guests have free access to the gardens, trampoline and swing for children, jetty and natural beach on the side of the lake, many walking paths in the woods less than 100m away.
