Positive: We stayed 2 seperate nights at the beginning and end of a trek out of Manali. It was off season so both nights we were transferred to the same room in their sister hotel 'Mayflower' across the street. We stayed in a family room, which was more like 2 connecting rooms each with their own bathroom. It was very spacious. Breakfast was included but our first morning we had to leave too early, so we were straight away offered a packed breakfast. Very kind. The second morning we did enjoy breakfast. We were impressed with the selection and quality despite it being off season and the low occupancy. We also had lunch in the restaurant once. We were a bit nervous about this, as we were the only ones there, but we needn't have worried. We picked some Indian dishes. All was very tasty and very reasonably priced. On the last day we were granted a late check out for a fee. All staff were nice, friendly and helpful. Location is good. 10 minutes walk to either mall road or old manali.

Negative: We got a taxi recommendation from the hotel. It was very very expensive but as it was important we got there on time i thought it was worth it to have it organised properly through the hotel. This was a mistake. The taxi driver was very late, and didn't know where he was going despite being given exact google maps details the day before. We arrived way late at our destination. It felt like a scam handing over the money in the end.
