The house has a wonderful location with a lake view and a large lawn on Lake Stora Grytens beach on the border between Östergötland and Södermanland. You can swim, fish, take a trip with the canoe or rowboat. In the immediate area there is also a kiosk as well as mini golf and fine roaming areas with good access to berries and mushrooms.
In addition to the kitchen, bathroom, living room, two double bedrooms, the house also has a smaller bedroom with sofa bed and patio and patio. The bathroom has a shower and water toilet and the kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher. The living room has a sofa and dining table as well as a TV and simpler music system.
It is close to many attractions and activities such as Norrköping, Kolmården Zoo, Oxelösund, Trosa and much more. Closer to home are both Rejmyre with its glassworks and Hävla hammer smithy. Clearly also worth seeing is Sparreholm's castle with car, technology and carriage museum.
