Summary: Well, first I believe the hotel wrongfully used a picture of the castle in the city as their main photo. Seems deceitful since the hotel looks nothing like that. And there is no exterior picture of the hotel, misleading. Second the room only window overlooks a courtyard, which is their bar. And it was extremely loud hard to sleep since it was hot and the window had to be open for a breeze. Asked the front desk for a fan to which they stated they had none. Ask them to turn down the music in the courtyard since there was nobody out in that courtyard bar area to which they stated no
