North facing with high ceilings, Lava House is a fully renovated, immaculately presented house with all new appliances, furniture and fixtures.

Bedrooms 1 and 2 both have a queen bed, flat screen TV, bedside tables / lamps, workspace with desk and chair and wardrobes. Bedroom 1 also has an electric fireplace.
Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds, a wardrobe and bedside table and lamp.
The renovated kitchen has ample space for cooking and entertaining with an induction cooktop, electric oven, dishwasher, double sink, large pantry and Electrolux fridge with plumbed ice and filtered water.
You will also find a Nespresso coffee machine, rice cooker, condiments and sandwich maker for your convenience.

There is room for 2 cars at the back of the house (entry via the laneway). This laneway is shared with the neighbours, so please don't park in the laneway. There is also a third 'outside' toilet at the back of the property.
