Check-in is from 1:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM, giving you ample time to settle in and soak up the calm.

The bedroom is located on the first floor, offering a quiet and private retreat. It features a comfortable king-sized bed, sofa chair seating, and an attached bathroom. With a room size of 10 × 16 ft, it is ideal for two guests. The room is non-air-conditioned but well-ventilated with a ceiling fan, making it simple, airy, and functional—perfect for a restful sleep after a day spent outdoors.
Washrooms
The attached bathroom is designed for convenience and comfort, featuring both solar and gas geysers to ensure a steady supply of hot water. It includes a shower with jet spray, along with a sink and mirror for daily grooming needs.
Fresh bath towels are provided, and common dispenser toiletries such as hand wash, soap, toothpaste, and toilet paper.
Living & Dining Area
The living-cum-dining area is a welcoming space designed for relaxation and ease. The comfortable, informal seating invites guests to unwind, read, or enjoy quiet conversations. While there is no formal dining room, meals can be enjoyed in the shared seating area or outdoors, making dining a relaxed, flexible, and naturally social experience.

Bonfire Area
Bonfires can be arranged on request, making evenings especially cozy and memorable. Ideal for relaxed conversations under the stars (no loud music permitted).

• This is a quiet retreat, not suited for parties or loud gatherings, hence DJ and loudspeakers are strictly prohibited
• The nearest town is 9 - 10 kms from the property so please carry your stuff in advance.
• Please Note: It is a self service Homestay, do not expect room service.
• Power backup is available via inverter only for lights
• Mobile networks that work best are Jio and Vodafone (Airtel does not work at all)
• Wi-Fi is shared between two properties
• The last 50 feet of road access is patchy, however cars can reach the property easily
• Insects and bugs may be present due to the natural surroundings
• CCTV cameras are installed for external security
• First-aid kit available
• Fire extinguishers are not available

Pool Rules – For Your Safety & Enjoyment
No Lifeguard On Duty: Swim at your own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Foot Rinse Before Entering: Please rinse off sand/dirt before entering the pool.
No Glass Near the Pool: Use plastic cups only. Broken glass is hazardous and will incur a cleaning fee.
No Diving or Rough Play: The pool is 5 ft deep jumping or diving is not permitted for safety reasons.
Pool Towels not Provided: Please don’t use indoor towels for the pool.
No Food in the Pool: Enjoy snacks at the garden seating area instead.
Alcohol & Swimming: Drink responsibly excessive alcohol and swimming don’t mix.
