Summary: We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. The staff were so sweet. A special mention goes to Pamela, who was incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout our stay, as well as the gentleman who takes care of the pool area and even brings fresh coconuts around – such a thoughtful and unique touch that really made the experience feel special. The entire hotel is beautifully maintained. Everything feels clean, fresh. The pool area was immaculate, perfectly maintained surroundings, and a very relaxing atmosphere. The food was soo good. There was a great variety on the menu, and everything we tried was excellent. The location is also ideal, with everything you need within walking distance – shops, restaurants, and local attractions are all easily accessible, making it very convenient and stress-free. We were traveling with a child, and the hotel was extremely family-friendly. The staff were wonderful with children, always patient, warm, and accommodating, which made our stay even more relaxing. It’s a perfect place for families, with a safe and welcoming environment that made us feel completely at ease. Overall : Amazing service, fantastic food, perfect location, and an atmosphere that makes you feel completely at home.
