Positive: We booked a room with a kitchenette. The room was clean and adequately furnished. We had requested a quiet room on one level and the property met our request. The hotel is very central if you want to be in the Brighton and bay area. We could also pay extra for an undercover parking place.

Negative: There was one spot light above the bed in the main room, one bedside lamp and one desk lamp so the room was very, very dark even though we had glass sliding doors the length of a wall leading to a patio area. There was no additional bedding if one was cold and did not want to leave the air conditioning on at night.

Summary: Adequate and comfortable accommodation if you want to stay in the Brighton area
