Positive: Reception (hand-over of keys) at the local restaurant was unfriendly, impersonal. No greeting or "How was your trip?". Manager sat in his office in front of his PC but did not come out. Very unprofessional and disappointing. On the other hand, the room was modern, clean, comfortable.
