Welcome to our newly built two storey four bedroom three bathroom family home in the heart of Southport. Ideally suited for two families (or extended family) or a group of executives. Conveniently located in the streets surrounding Ferry Road Markets, and a walk away from the Broadwater Parklands & Main Beach/Marina Mirage/SeaWorld. Well situated amongst the Commonwealth Games Precinct for their commencement in April 2018. Surrounding public transport, including the light rail (tram) and bus links available to take you North towards Harbour Town, Helensvale, Griffith University and the Gold Coast University Hospital, or South towards Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach and Pacific Fair. Gold Coast luxury accommodation including; En Suited Master Bedroom with King Size Bed and Walk in Robe, a further Three Bedrooms; One Queen , One Double and One 2xKing Single provide comfortable sleeping arrangements for seven guests (additional bedding is available upon request). All bedrooms are located upstairs. An Outdoor Barbecue Alfresco & Entertainment Area, Fenced Pool & Banana Lounge area. An additional two bathrooms both including showers. A family living room and a media/rumpus room make this a fitting home for a family on holiday. Two smart TV's, WiFi, Air Conditioning, Fully Equipped Chef Kitchen and a Laundry. We are also pet friendly , small dog, to be confirmed by Owner at time of booking. Available for the Christmas Holiday Break 2018 2019 .
