Summary: Very disappointed with this hotel and do not recommend it. We don’t have incredibly high standards for hotels especially ones that are on the cheap end but we do expect our rooms to be cleaned and the amenities to look like their pictures. This hotel advertises itself to be very beautiful but we were shocked and incredibly disappointed to find the room to be dirty, bugs on the floor and in the bed, holes in the shower wall and floor, a dirty bath mat, damage and uncleanliness to baseboards. We asked the receptionist to clean the floor and change our bath mat. She ended up with a dust pan full of dirt and trash. We were so horrified we knew that our 4 night stay was not going to be worth it. We ended up finding a different hotel to stay at that night and for the reminder of our time in Ubud. Also the location was far from Ubud city center and in a place that taxis struggled to find. Don’t waste your time and money at this hotel.
