Positive: Clean Friendly staff Quiet location

Negative: Manager cheated me on the taxi back to Srinagar. Hotels that charge this much need to have set prices for taxis, not leave it to the staff to do individual deals with taxis and charge you whatever they like. Taxi was Rs 5000 instead of normal price of Rs 3500.
