Positive: Overall, it's clean. The room is nice. The staff is friendly. Breakfast is good.

Negative: Outdated terminal that does not accept virtual cards. Very thin windows, so all the street noise comes into the room. Very unpleasant, especially at night. I had to sleep with noise-canceling headphones, which was not comfortable. Several times in the evening and in the middle of the night, unknown people rang the doorbell insistently.
