The house has been designed with space in mind. Everything is a stones throw away. The house is walking distance(20 minutes) from the world famous Sims Park. This park was created in the 1800 with trees, that are that old. There is access to hotels, departmental stores, bank ATM and mobile phone shops within walking distance. The place is located in a crowded neighborhood so parties are not encouraged.Built in the old world style, there is toilet(Squat style) available outside the house.
