A spacious house surrounded by paddocks and forest. The farm is rural and secluded. A perfect accommodation for several families who want to holiday together. The generous lot has room for all the family's activities. From here you are close to the beautiful town of Ängelholm and to all the places to visit on the Bjäre and Kulla peninsulas. The former farmhouse is now tastefully renovated into a modern, spacious home. The old stable building has been converted into a party venue and can be rented out on occasional weekends for weddings and other celebrations. Please note that for corporate bookings, ordering bed linen and final cleaning is mandatory. On the ground floor, the house has a large, lovely country kitchen with dining area and all equipment. A fully tiled bathroom with shower and washer/dryer. In the living room there is a dining area, a sofa group with a sofa bed and a fireplace that can give you cozy evenings. The bedroom has a family bunk bed that is 120 cm/90 wide. Upstairs there is a spacious bedroom with a double bed and one with two wide single beds. In the living room there is a sofa group with sofa bed and TV. There is free wifi in the house. At the back of the house there is a patio with a lovely view of the park-like meadows. The fenced garden land is private and maintained from time to time by the owner. In the courtyard there is also a patio with a lovely framed courtyard environment. For all golf lovers, Ängelholm's fine 18-hole golf course is within walking distance of the cottage. There are also nice walking paths and cycle paths in the area. Munka Ljungby urban area has everything you need during a semester. Västersjön and Rössjön are a short drive away. There are several larger public bathing areas here. Västersjön has a good fishing stock of, among other things, pike, zander, perch, tench, bream and eel. Fishing license required. Here you can also rent a boat. Just north of Munka Ljungby is the salmon ladder, an exciting excursion destination by Rössjöholmsån. On the other side of Hallandsåsen is Vallåsen's ski resort in winter and downhill skiing in summer. At Kungsbygget you can go summer sledding. A short drive away you have Ängelholm's beautiful town with small cozy shops, beautiful Hembygdsparken. The long, beautiful beach stretches all the way to Torekov.
