Welcome to a fantastic newly built house with fine material choices and a wonderfully luxurious feel located in Sättra on Öland. The house has an open floor plan with a wonderful kitchen with a dishwasher and most everything you might need. The beautiful living room with its lovely furniture is like a small oasis in the house where you can enjoy after the day's explorations on Öland. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds. You have a luxurious bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a small terrace at the entrance, but there is also a dining area out in the garden. The owner of the house lives in the neighboring house where they have a nice shop "Stellema furniture" selling their fine handmade rustic furniture, lamps, jewelry and art. Even in the house you can see many samples of their fine furniture and art. If you have children in the party, you/they are also very welcome to their garden where there is a lot of fun for children such as trampoline, sandbox, cable car and ping-pong table. Please note that the house is located on a road that can be very busy in the summer and that there is a caravan at the boundary of the plot that the owner of the house sometimes lends to guests. You only have 6 km to the sea with a wonderful natural swimming pool in Gärdslösa. If you want a larger swimming area, Köpingsvik is usually popular. You go to Borgholm to stroll around and enjoy all the shops and restaurants. Borgholm's castle ruins, where you can really feel the wings of history, are well worth a visit. Öland's zoo is usually popular for children with its animals, amusement park and water park. Also don't miss Böda, Norra Öland's rolling beaches and picturesque Byxelkrok. Öland body cakes are also recommended if you want to taste an Öland delicacy.
