Here you have a fantastic archipelago and walking distance to the popular summer resort Loftahammar, where you can enjoy a wonderful atmosphere, fine restaurants, ice cream parlors and cafes. You have a house that is renovated and fresh with an associated Attefallsstuga at your disposal. The house has a glazed porch where you can enjoy a good piece of food together.There is also a terrace with dining furniture and sun loungers where you can enjoy lazy beautiful days. Here is an awning if you want shade. The house has an open combined kitchen and living room. In the kitchen area you have plenty of space to prepare your meals and dining table if you want to sit inside. The kitchen is equipped with most things you need and a dishwasher. There is a large sofa in the living room where you can spend time in front of a lit fire in the nice stove. (Own firewood is brought to the cabin).There are also comfortable rattan armchairs where you can enjoy with a book or a cup of tea or coffee. You have two bedrooms in the main house, one with a double bed, the other with a bunk bed. The house has a fresh bathroom with shower toilet and sink. Please note that there is only one bathroom for the whole party. The annex has 2 bunk beds and a junior bed. There is your own berth if you wish to add your own boat. Källvik is very beautiful and has long been a popular destination since the 19th century, when it was its health well that attracted. Källvik was a famous bathing and health resort. Here are well-preserved lavish houses to rest your eyes on, as well as fantastic views of the sea and nature. You have close to 2 bathing places in Källvik, Vivassen is close to the house with a nice shallow sandy beach and a swimming raft you can swim out to. There is another larger bathing place in Källvik with a jetty. You have wonderful rock baths on, for example, Månberget, where you also have a fantastic view. Perfect place to bring a glass of wine or picnic in the evening to enjoy. You have walking distance along the sea to Loftahammar which has really good restaurants with nice menus beyond the ordinary. Sjökrogen and Stures do not disappoint. From here there are also boat connections to the nearby islands Rågö and Hasselö during the summer. In Loftahammar you can also rent bikes and kayaks to explore the surroundings on your own. You can play golf at Loftahammars Golfklubb, where there is also paddle, mini golf and a popular restaurant where troubadour evenings are usually arranged. You are close to Västervik, which is a wonderful summer town with city life, shopping and many events during the summer. Here is also the popular Lysingsbadet with nice baths and its popular water park. A spa day with lunch at Gränsö Castle is fantastic. Warm welcome!
