Summary: When we arrived all we wanted to do is relax and watch some tv. We were leaving for a Disney Cruise the next day where we, papa and nana, would be watching the grandkids while their parents enjoyed themselves. When we turned on the tv it would not work. The TV would not go to the streaming network, which was the only way to watch tv. The person at reception came to help us After trying a few times to connect he pulled back the dresser and pulled up a white cord that had been cut. He tried to be as helpful as possible, but there was no way to fix it. My husband is a news junkie and sports enthusiast. He was looking forward to a relaxing evening before embarking onto the DCL Wonder ship where we would be watching 12 kids at different times throughout the day and night. Then the next morning when we got up to start the day, we opened the shade and sun filled the room. That was when we looked closer at the bed and noticed what looked to be blood, coffee and food spillage all over the sheet and cover. When we brought it to the attention of the manager who came to the room to fix the tv the next morning, he said he would let the Management know. When we got down to check out, the main manager was extremely rude and when we inquired about the TV and the bedding issues he said, do you see the time and then said Checkout was at 11:00. We said yes we had been in the room going over the issues with the manager. We mentioned the issues with the room and He said again, Checkout was 11:00
