Summary: Amazing view from resort and lovely design overall. Unfortunately staff needs better training to justify top of the market pricing - eg they wouldn’t let my Grab/Gojek drivers into hotel grounds for pick up until I would physically go to the desk and complain (shouldn’t have to do this!) also lack of room cleaning and turn-down. They would only come once early morning and fail to check back / make up for the rest of the day! Pro tip - don’t pay $75 per day for breakfast!!! Total rip off - there are great cafes a few kms away.
