Summary: I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. This was a very clean hotel and was comfortable as the shower was quickly poured in the hot water in the morning or at night. The room is small, but despite the low price, the room is clean and comes with soap and free water bottles, making it a comfortable stay. The hotel is not facing the road so it is quiet at night. Food cannot be brought to the room, but there are many restaurants nearby. I didn't order room service at the hotel, but for breakfast I was served bread, omelette and tea. This was also brought to my room on time. Also, this hotel is close to the famous Kali temple. I was a foreigner and a woman used it alone, but there were no problems at the hotel, and I didn't notice any particular poor security in the area even at night. I've been to Kolkata many times and I think this is the best place to stay. I would like to use it if I have the opportunity to go to the nearby area again.
