Positive: Great location for local restaurants and its proximity to central Brisbane and the walkways around the river. Smooth check-in and safe convenient underground parking.

Negative: The decor is a bit dated and the shower in the bath it not ideal for older people. Park Road is a busy, noisy street and you need the windows open because there isn’t a seperate aircon unit in the apartment.
