Summary: Booked AC room and was given Non AC. Front desk person says AC room costs 2k . They have zero knowledge about app based bookings. According to them if payment of over 2k is received to their account they will give ac room.i am wondering if CX has got discounted price on app they don't care. Food was reasonable and good. Expedia this is unexpected and please refund atleast 500 as we were tired didn't bother to cancel and try other properties
