Positive: I loved the warm and thoughtful hospitality, especially how the team went above and beyond to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary on such short notice. The beautifully decorated two-bedroom villa with a private pool was spacious and perfect for our family, and the kids absolutely loved it. The surprise room setup, fruit basket, card, and anniversary cake made our stay feel very special. The staff were consistently welcoming, helpful, and always smiling, which truly enhanced our experience.

Negative: Overall, our experience was very positive. The only minor downside was the river passing through the property. While the hotel clearly made an effort to keep it clean, there was still some rubbish present, which may be a broader cultural or community issue involving both locals and tourists rather than the hotel itself.
