Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was also spacious and clean and with boiler. There was a sitting area and water kettle was provided. The whole hotel looked beautiful and with nice naga pictures on the wall to really experience the naga feel. The location is very central, it is quiet yet close to supermarket area with some shops and restaurants. The dining area looked very beautiful and breakfast was simple but good and good service.

Negative: They did not provide tea bags in the room. After asking 2 times it still did not come. By that time it was later in the evening and I did not want to wait for that. The gym was clean but simple, the one available cycle was not working. The pool was not open, the night before we checked and it was available, upon arrival it happened to be under maintenance. I could sense that since the hotel was newly openend (1 week) some communication among the staff was not there and could be improved.
