Positive: The breakfast areas require more cleanliness and a better standard. This seems very basic, and although breakfast was included with my stay, I didn't avail it due to the very nature of it. need a fully upgraded kitchen and cafeteria.

Negative: There was no hot water / and one of the rooms didn't have a proper water supply and had to switch rooms in the night when we came to stay. we had to ask for tea and kettles and toilet tissues. The paper cups given were full of dust and couldn't use it. There were no basic services, and the overall customer service was very poor. I wouldn't recommend this place with the rate they offered unless they do a massive upgrade to customer service.
