This house is 300 metres from the nearest neighbour and has a free-standing sauna. The 150-hectare Lake Sandsjön is just 50 metres from the house. There is a boat jetty on your own beach.
You can enjoy the view of the lake from the living room and from the roofed terrace (14m²) in front of it.
The living space of the house decorated cosily in a Swedish style is around 85m².
