Positive: The resort was exactly like on the pictures. The bed was comfortable, the apartment was clean and the complementary items were refilled on a daily basis. The prices in the restaurant were very reasonable, which is always a very positive thing in a case of 5* hotel, especially if the hotel is located in a less busy area.

Negative: I didn't like that staff don't speak English, it makes the service very difficult. Even if they want to be helpful, the communication is done through google translate. The location was not ideal for walking, as there were limited places nearby to reach on foot. However, this was not a major issue when renting a motorbike, which made getting around much easier.
