Positive: This hotel was in a fantastic location. They maintained the cleaning process which was very good, security wise was also good.

Negative: the people in reception were not very friendly. They looked their overworked underpaid. It would be great if the staff were more informative, helpful, and friendly, treating all guests equally and with fairness. I’ve noticed that some guests, especially those who are older or appear to be from different ethnic backgrounds, do not always receive the same level of hospitality. As an English foreigner, I feel that certain staff may treat guests differently based on appearance. Improving reception service and ensuring that everyone is treated equally would enhance the overall experience.
