Clifton Villa is a newly built self contained holiday home that offers the best of both coastal and country living. It is situated on the owner's acreage with its own access road. The property is fully fenced.
Closest local grocers, cafes, restaurants, pubs, petrol station, pharmacy and post office is a scenic 8 minute drive from Clifton Beach in the neighboring suburb of Lauderdale.
The Villa itself has a fully equipped kitchen with a spacious open plan lounge dining area. There are TVs in both the loungeroom and bedroom, with a dedicated work space overlooking bush paddocks and a lagoon. The roomy bathroom has a rain shower head and hand held combo with a the laundry discreetly encased behind sliding doors. Views from the bedroom overlook rolling hills and the lagoon. From the window behind the queen sized bed, you will see grassy paddocks and an old shearing shed. For extra guests, the lounge converts to a large king sized bed sleeping another two guests should the need arise. A generous deck surrounds the villa with comfortable outdoor seating. If too warm outside, a wide electric awning provides ample shade with a pull out privacy screen for more intimate moments. Comfort is assured with a reverse cycle heat pump air conditioner. Windows also have fitted fly screens and blinds.
The property is situated approximately half way along the Clifton beach road from the turn off to the beach. It is on the left hand side and access is through a solar powered gate with a push button on a driver's side post before the gate. Once through the gate, a little further on, the access road to Clifton Villa veers to the left off the main driveway. There will be a sign saying 'villa' indicating the way.
You can park directly outside the wrap around steps which lead up to the front door. There is a hand rail on the left hand side of the steps. For guests who arrive after dark, the outside lights will illuminate the area. The key is stored in a key lock and a code will be given before arrival.
