Positive: Excellent breakfasts — high quality, beautifully presented, and genuinely enjoyable. The hotel building is very beautiful, with stunning surrounding views. The hotel has very high potential, but it currently lacks competent management and a professional operational approach to match the level it aims to present.

Negative: The bed linen was damp, which made sleeping very uncomfortable and raises hygiene concerns. The air conditioning cannot be properly adjusted: even on the lowest setting it blows extremely strongly, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. A spa is advertised, but in reality it is just one small room with a single therapist. At the same time, the massage prices are extremely high and not justified by the facilities. The gym is not air-conditioned, so in practice it is unusable. Essentially, there is no functional gym. There is clearly not enough staff for such a large property, which directly affects service quality, cleanliness, and overall guest experience.
