Positive: Size of room

Negative: Complex is old and tired needs painting and refurbishment let alone basic maintenance. Doorway from bedroom to bathroom had saturated carpet. Inside bathroom cupboards was a rolled up dirty and used towel along with two dirty saucers and glasses. Grounds require heavy maintenance. Because of state of motel it is over priced.
