Positive: Savista is every bit as beautiful and tranquil as the photos suggest. The home cooked meals were full of dishes unlike anything we had anywhere else in India, and often featured home grown produce, including butter, milk and yogurt from their own cow. What the photos won't tell you is that Savista is owned and managed by a husband and wife team who are some of the most warm, gentle and charming people you will ever have the good fortune to meet.
