Summary: Nothng wrong with the staff. My booking didn’t come up in their system because of a glitch between hotels.com/expedia and the hotel. The staff was very compasionate, they found us a nice room almost immediately and we were compensated fairly later on in our stay. The room was cozy but didn’t look much lke the picture.
