Positive: Room 17, the penthouse was fabulous, views are amazing

Negative: Room 17, the penthouse, has a kitchen with a sink and microwave, but no utensils, plates, kitchen towels, or hand soap were available for use. We asked for plates and cutlery, but the hotel staff seemed surprised by the request.
